Daiya Cheese Melt

1-2 minutes cooking time

Directions (all ingredients are gluten-free):

  1. Warm up a large skillet and warm both sides of the tortilla very quickly
  2. place one Gluten-Free Tortilla on the skillet, http://www.foodforlife.com/product-catalog/gluten-free-wheat-free-breads/gluten-free/whole-grain-brown-rice-tortillas
  3. sprinkle Daiya cheese on one side of the tortilla, http://www.daiyafoods.com/
  4. fold over tortilla let sit another 10 seconds
  5. flip it and cook the other side 10 more seconds
  6. slide out onto plate
  7. scoop salsa if desired, http://www.amys.com/products/product-categories/salsas
