Vegan Lunch at the Beach

On Valentine’s day…My daughter and I drove to the beach in Malibu.  It was a beautiful day, sunny skies.  We played frisbee, dug in the sand and practiced our beginner Parkour basic roll.

For lunch we packed:

Lentils cooked with sliced carrots, Cook lentils in spring or purified water 35 minutes in pot, add carrots last 10

Purified water,

brown rice chips

beanfields pico de gallo Chips,


canned pineapple slices

sandwiches with 100% fruit jelly & raw almond butter (Trader Joe’s Raw unsalted-Almond Butter)
